General information
1. Medium of education is strictly English though Special emphasis is stressed on Hindi also [Our mother tongue]
2. Both boys and girls taught in this institution.
3. The classes are held right from 1st to std. VIII at present but it will be extended to 10th after getting the affiliation from C.B.S.E Board.
4. The Academic year is from April to March.
5. On class days and at school function pupils must wear the prescribed uniform. Boys and Girls should come to school clean and tidy, pupils who are not neatly dressed and pupils whose general appearance does not confirm to such regulation as the schools prescribe will be sent home from the class by the principal.
6. Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, neglect of homework, disobedience and disrespect towards teachers or bad moral influence justify dismissal.
7. No pupil will be allowed to appear in any examination without ADMIT CARD and whose fees are not clear as per the school ledger.
8. Parents are expected to co-operate in the work of the school in particular by enforcing regularity and discipline, by showing interest in their children’s progress and by extending the fullest encouragement for participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
School Timings
Summer :- Class - 1st - Onwards - 7:30 am to 12:30pm
Winter :- Class - 1st - Onwards - 9: am to 2:20 pm.
Leave
1. A student can not avail leave for more than 2 days in a month and 22days in a year.
2. No leave other than medical leave is sanctioned during exams provided a Medical Certificate from a Medical authority is submitted.
3. A student must complete 75% attendance in the class otherwise his/her promotion will be upheld.
Parents – Teachers Meeting
The school periodically organises parent’s teachers meetings where talks are arranged on child education and child-welfare. Attendance of at least one of the parents at such meetings is desirable.

Prizes/cups are given at the end of every session for the following:-

4. Neatness and cleanliness
5. House Prizes
6. Best Dancer, singer and actor
7. Highest Attendance in the session

School Examination
1. Progress of the student will be assessed on the basis of class tests and terminal examination. The mark obtained in these tests will be taken into consideration at the time of determining annual promotion.
2. Promotion is granted on the basis of whole year’s work. The annual examination is a means to reaffirm results of a full year’s work. The decision of the school authorities regarding the promotions to the next class will be the final.
3. A student absent in any examination for any reasons will not be re-examined.
Dismissal
A child may be removed from the school on the following grounds.
1. Misbehaviour with Principal, vice-principal or any teaching staff of the school.
2. Absence from the class for more than prescribed days/period.
3. Failure in a class for two consecutive years.
4. Against proven in disciplinary actions in the school premises or with the school students.
5. Non-payment of school fee for two consecutive months.
